The AUA is currently seeking speakers for the 2026 Annual Urology Advocacy Summit. While all topics that align with the AUA's advocacy priorities, there are two key areas of interest the Summit will prioritize:

  • Research Funding & Advocacy: Explore issues shaping the future of scientific discovery and innovation — from the impact of federal funding cuts to strategies for strengthening national research infrastructure. Topics of interest include securing long-term research investment and reducing regulatory and administrative burdens for researchers; navigating animal research policies and emerging alternatives; proposed reforms to federal grants; and building effective academia–government partnerships.
  • Men’s Health: We’re also spotlighting issues central to men’s and boys’ health. We welcome proposals addressing topics including disparities in preventive and primary care; mental health and wellness; prostate and testicular health; barriers to PSA screening; and federal initiatives to advance men’s health policy.

If you have expertise or innovative ideas in either of these areas, we invite you to submit your proposal through the AUA Summit speaker application portal. Speaker applications are due by November 7, 2025.
